Here is a list of points not to raise or demand information on. If a candidate is denied a job and was asked one of these questions, he or she might be lead to believe it was something to do with one of these answers. This could lead to discrimination proceedings at an industrial tribunal.

Age; disabilities; are you pregnant; marital status; children; criminal record; anything that could be seen as sexual harassment; about religious affiliations; sexual orientation; ethnicity.
